"After arriving in Kusadasi to find our friends villa uninhabitable, I searched the web to find an alternative venue and came across this one. So so glad we did as it really made our holiday. The owners were extremely welcoming and very accommodating towards our needs. The villa was excellent in terms of cleanliness, facilities and all to a very high standard. "We were four adults and we all loved our three-night stay in this lovely house in Selçuk. The terrace and the swimming pool made us happy, as did the beautiful, quiet rooms. Everything is designed so that you don't miss anything in a well-decorated and bright space. and spacious. Alison respond very quickly and helped me when I had a problem. We didn't want to leave, it was so nice to stay there. Thank you so much Alison!"

"This was by far the best stay we had over 2 weeks in Turkey and one of the best house rentals we've had. The house was beautifully designed and spacious for our family of 4; the air conditioning worked very well despite afternoon temps in the high 90s; and the location was perfect for visiting Ephesus. The manager also kindly arranged a taxi for us to and from Sirince so we could do some evening wine tasting there. It was a terrific place to stay. "

"People who runs this Hotel are super helpful and super nice people , they are trying their absolute best with what they have, A small local business. I had checked out of 5 star hotel to get here! I received better service , care and cleanliness here than a 5 star hotel accros town, we were happy to complete our Kusadasi stay at silver, A spacious unit they have. "We like to travel and have experienced every level of hotel quality. This is a mid-level property and turned out to be just what we wanted. We were very happy with the location and the staff were fantastic. Ocean view for every room and very reasonable price. Having an elevator to get up and down from the waterfront level makes it very easy and there are some really good restaurants just a few minutes away. We would go back in a heartbeat. "

"The hotel is about an hour drive from Izmir airport, situated in a peaceful location. The sheltered villa we stayed in are private and perfect for privacy if you wear hijab. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend if looking for somewhere peaceful to relax and rewind."

"La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, cuenta con mucha amenidades y el personal es muy atento y listo para brindar apoyo para cualquier situación or concerniente. Algunos miembros del personal muy atentos pero con comunicación limitada, ya que no cuentan con un inglés o español básico. La recepción todos en general desempeñan una gran labor, SÚBANLE EL SUELDO!!!! Ya que todo personal de la recepción y del desayuno son fantásticos y listos para resolver todo tipo de situaciones. El spa, me fascinó, solo que el cuarto de vapor ( steam room) estaba dañado Pero en general todo bien, Les pido que por favor atiendan bien y alimenten a los gatos, y que no sean maltratados por los huéspedes del hotel. Vi algunos huéspedes ahuyentando los gatos de forma “TOSCA” Ellos viven allí y es su casa. El turista está de paso. Sugiero que debería haber un letrero o de antemano comunicar al turista Que no debe haber ningún maltrato en contra de los gatos."
