"1. Door not secure 2. Dirty sheets 3. Broken light fittings 4. Missing skirting 5.Continually leaking air con unit 6. Broken blind so no privacy in bathroom 7.Build up of rubbish outside 8. Very limited shade around pool. Ichecked out after 1 night of a 2 night booking and am still waiting for a refund! I would avoid this hotel. The manager tried to be helpfulbut still no refund. Expedia customer service severely inadequate and very disappointing. "

"It’s what you would expect, rooms are enormous for the price and view is incredible, I stayed there for 2 nights, I was visiting Ephesus and its convenient location was nice. Hotel employees little too friendly tho, they were talking non stop and you would wanna escape eventually but overall nice stay. Hotel rooms are not the cleanest but it’s not like it’s dirty just feels like a home. But I would expect tidy cleaning from a hotel usually but for the price it’s aight"

"Ive traveled around Turkey for the last month in hotels in this price range (off season) and this was easily the best place I stayed. Clean room, good furniture and shower, friendly staff, nice view, and the lift by the pool brings you down to the water which makes it into a great location. I only have positive things to say about this place 10/10 would recommend"

"It was 0c outside when we visited the air-conditioning couldn't keep the room warm enough at night. Nice hotel by a sandy beach. Some hotel parking available behind the hotel. Good local restaurants. Breakfast at hotel was good."

"Nice location between strip and main town, awesome views to whole sea area. The location is great between old harbour, town, bazaar and new marina so plenty of options for dining. The room was a bit small for 3 but we went slightly cheaper knowing we'd eat out all the time. Breakfast was acceptable and burgers etc are good at the pool but we didn't eat in the main restaurant. Pool and loungers are on the top floor with even better views. Buses stop right outside so travel to other beaches...

"Our stay at City's Hill was pleasant. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Especially, dining room manager was earliest one there in the morning and stayed late to ensure that the customers were met their needs at the facility. We also liked the animation team at the resort. Especially, Anna was very friendly and helpful at all times. "

"Views of sunset, Mediterranean Sea, city were excellent. Bathroom needs maintenance, hairdryer gave electric shock safety risk, air conditioner was faulty"
