"We loved this property and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area. It was a girl's get away and all of us had the same feeling about the house. The decor was welcoming and everything was very clean. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with dishes, utensils etc. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately by the Host. Our only regret was that the weather didn't allow us to grill or use the firepit...next...

The only issue was my fault, I was hoping to be close to the sports complex to watch the ultimate frisbee tournament but we were at field two and the home is closer to field one. I wasn't aware there are two fields."

"Very peaceful! Very welcoming! This was a great place, blending old and new! Our group was 20 - 65 years old. All of the beds were comfy, the kitchen was well appointed. We really loved the outdoor cooking area and the outdoor seating areas. What a view! This would be a great place for a retreat and to unplug (although there is solid wifi and TVs throughout). The owner went over and above. We entered the house to an array of snacks and beverages on the counter. I can't say enough about this...

"This is our second year in a row that we’ve stayed at this beautiful home on the Rock River. We do an event nearby every Memorial Day weekend and the location of this home is top notch! It is only 6 minutes away from the event! The place is very clean and spacious,Walkable to grocery and restaurants, beautifully peaceful view of the river, quiet neighborhood, and the hosts are great! Answered any questions or reservation inquiries within 5 minutes! We love this place so much we already booked...

"My family came together to celebrate my sister's 40th birthday & this was a wonderful home for all of us! The game room downstairs was fully utilized & the jukebox was a total hit :) We also took full advantage of the beautiful backyard playing corn hole & badminton while having a BBQ & catching up with each other. The only "downside" to the home was that there is no bedroom on the main floor. My Dad can no longer do stairs that well, so we ended up using an air mattress on the main floor which...

"We were able to have the space for exactly what we needed, though the photographs do it a little more justice than reality. There are a lot of little things wrong that don't show in the pictures, but overall, it was nice enough."
