"This was our second time at this property. This time we took our two boys. They loved it just as much as we did. The location is perfect for hiking during the day. And the house is perfect for enjoying each others' company in the evenings. The host has always been super helpful. My youngest son didnt want to leave and is making plans to return in the future."

"We stayed here for a weekend in March with our kids (5 & 8) and had a blast. It's a great spot with lots of land to explore. We found some really cool waterfalls behind the house in the woods. The snow season was over so we missed XC skiing but we definitely will be back. Close to Blackwater Falls park and the town of Davis. "

"Two couples for a few days in Davis and a great stay at a fantastic property! The space was perfect for the four of us. We cooked most meals in and the kitchen was well equipped. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck for cocktails and using the hot tub when the weather was cooler. The fireplace inside made for cozy movie watching nights. You can tell a lot of care has gone into this property and we appreciated staying there. Would highly recommend!!"

"We came to check out the Timberline and Canaan Valley ski resorts. Our cabin was a short drive to both and offered a quiet, private place to stay. The cabin had everything we needed to cook and the fireplace was very appreciated after a day on the slopes. We had one small issue with a broken shower curtain rod. The owner was very responsive and had it fixed the next day while we were out. I highly recommend this cabin."

"The property is very nice. It's apparent a lot of upgrades have been made and more to come. Heck, there's even tissues throughout the house which you don't find many places. The only pick I have is that steps leading down to the house were barely cleared of snow/ice and very difficult and dangerous to negotiate with suitcases. I shoveled them myself the next day."
