"The house was great....at a great price. It's right on the bay, in the back. And the Gulf (within walking distance) in the front. The rental management company ( Dauphin Island Beach Rentals) was amazing. "

"The property is well equipped and maintained. I received my check in credentials prior to arrival and had no problems. There was a Gale force storm that lasted approximately 12 hours and did some minor damage to the house. It was extremely easy to contact the property manager to alert them to the damage."

"The place was very nice. There were a few issues that I spoke to the owner about. The mattresses in the two bunk bed rooms were heavy stained. The owner said that the front bunk room was stained due to a leaky AC problem which was fix. Still looks bad if that is the cause. The back bunk room was terribly stained. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper because you will only get one roll per bathroom. Also, there was no soap for the kitchen as well as no trash bags. A note on the refrigerator said...
