"Lovely hotel, have stayed there a few times over the years. Very clean and good sized rooms Menu choices in restaurant for dinner and breakfast is not great but what they present is acceptable Well positioned for most of Plymouth and surrounding areas."

"Booked a last minute 3 night break. The location of the hotel is right on the sea front. There is ample parking at a cost of £6 per night for hotel guests. My room was large and comfortable, good sized bathroom and very clean. I booked half board and was good value for money. The evening menu changed daily with around 4 options each for starter, main course & dessert. The bar area was comfortable and had windows overlooking the garden & sea, the outside space was very well kept. The location was good for local transport links..,,I got the train into Exeter. The station was about 10 mins walk away and the journey was just under 30 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay and given the price I paid was excellent value for money"

"We had an overnight stay for a concert at the Princess Pavillion. Ideal location for this as the theatre was within walking distance. Reception staff very welcoming and everything was lovely and clean. The room was spacious and the toilet/shower room modern and bright. Comfy bed and great selection for breakfast. No negative comments at all except that the hotel does not have a carpark but a public car park is quite close."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Before arrival, I requested a bouquet of flowers and some balloons to be arranged in our room, and it was beautifully set up just as we hoped. The room itself was lovely, we stayed in a castle valley view room. Waking up to a breathtaking sunrise made it even more memorable. The Sunday roast was exceptional, honestly, the best we’ve had anywhere, and we’ve tried many places for roasts! Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of variety. We even requested a few items not on the menu, and it was no trouble at all. A truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!"
