"We had a lovely stay in a comfortable and spacious room overlooking the estuary. Our room had a small table and two chairs as well as a side table for hot water kettle and tea and coffee fixings. There was plenty of room for two of us with a gorgeous view. "

"The staff serving at the bar didn't really seem bothered if we were there or not if I am honest - we gave in our complimentary drink voucher and it seemed more of a chore that we had a free drink. Drinks placed on the bar and nothing said. There was nowhere to park so I was a little relieved I hadn't paid for parking in anticipation of a space - that was really quite stressful as then had to find another option for parking. The walls of the rooms are way to thin - unfortunately we couldn't...

"Lovely, as such a new hotel should be. Very convenient for our needs. Fairly limited menu, but food nice. Unfortunately we were overlooked and had a very long wait for our food, but this was dealt with very professionally and would In no way deter us from going again! Helpful and efficient staff at check in desk. Thank you "

"All excellent except when validating parking on arrival the machine is under cover before the hotel entrance however this area correctly is signed no smoking but people were smoking. I asked them to move which they did eventually but it is disgusting trying to input details whilst being poisoned but cigarette smoke. Shame staff cannot use CCTV to enforce this"

"Absolutely perfect stay until the morning we left. There was no hot water at all so no one in the hotel could have bath /shower. Felt it was dealt with very slowly still not fixed when we checked out at 11am. Not much of an apology from front of house. "
