"A nice property in a beautiful part of Collioure. The beds were comfortable in this cozy 3 bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Communication with the owner, Philip, was easy. This location allowed for quick access to the artistic lanes of Collioure as well as to the various waterfront shops and restaurants. We would recommend and come back again."

"This is beautiful house which is easily accesible by car from Girona and Barcelona. The location is beautiful and really spacious for a big group. The kitchen is really well equiped. The livjng room is very cosy with a real fire. Alexandre was very accommodating and available easily and quickly when we had difficulties with the water. I would definately recommend for a big group holiday."

"We loved our weeks at the sea in our little St Cyprien cottage. It is very well equipped with quality appliances and everything you could possibly need. Great location for a quiet vacation. There are beautiful little towns to visit not far away. Denis and Sylvie are so welcoming and have lots of information about the area. Thank you for a great stay."

"We loved our time here. The apartment is large and comfortable and the terrace is lovely. A great location in Sorede - bakery and convenience store right outside the back gate. The caretaker Solange was wonderful - so thoughtful and gave great recommendations of what to do in the area. We loved hiking right from the apartment and drove 15 minutes to beautiful beaches. We’d love to return!"

"Wir hatten einen tollen Sommerurlaub in Franks Haus. Supermarkt in der Nähe, nur 5 Minuten zum sehr schönen Strand. Beim Haus dabei ist ein Parkplatz, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Wichtig zu wissen: sehr viele Treppen, Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Roses ist leicht mit dem Bus erreichbar, das würden wir auch jederzeit dem Auto vorziehen. "

"If you are planning a lengthy vacation stay, this is an excellent choice. The paddle board and Snorkel gear provided are very enjoyable and useful, especially if you have children who will be looking for something to do each day. They have two portable air conditioning units that can be used to refresh the rooms in the evenings if you will be there during the hot summer months, but it helped being right by the sea (not as warm as further in land)"

"The cottage was a peaceful and cozy delight just a minute’s walk from the beautiful beach and the restaurants of Colloure. "Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...
