"Our second stay in Llança so we were prepared for the hills. The apartment is beautiful - the views over the Med are stunning and the focus point of this modern and comfortable apartment. Imma - the host - was there to greet us and show us around the apartment. She was warm, welcoming and friendly. "We were met by a very friendly lady who was both helpful and engaging throughout our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and extremely well supplied for self catering. A nice quiet area of town 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. Only negative comment was the pool was not opened until a week after our stay, As you can see by the initial photo this is rather a selling point for the property? perhaps I should have read the small print? "Nice stay place to stay in collioure. The view from every room is amazing, blue sky and blue sea. A little far from the Collioure downtown if you want to walk and difficult to find parking in the city if not. But overall, nice little apartment to explore the region. "

"Des l arrivée nous avons été déçus par l appartement, le ménage facturé 80€ n a pas été fais nous avons passé 2h à tout nettoyer (poussière confiture sur les interrupteurs, salle de bain sale, moisissures sur la peinture des toilettes etc…. "Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...

"We had a wonderful 3 week stay in Nicole and Michel's apartment with its magnificent views over the Mediterranean from the large terrace. The apartment was well equipped and clean with very effective cooling fans in the bedrooms. Nicole was very helpful throughout and her property manager Danie also provided an excellent service. We hope to be able to stay there again next year. Highly recommended!"
