"Appartement très agréable avec une vue magnifique ce qui est un bon point lors des repas ! Facile pour se garer, laisser sa voiture et utiliser ses pieds ou les transports en commun dont 1 est accessible à 100m et gratuitement en plus. Merci Alan ! 😉 Le centre ville est à 10 minutes à pieds mais malheureusement, n'offre pas grand chose d'intéressant. Il faut prévoir des courses vers Banyuls pour remplir le frigo convenablement. Les criques se trouvent à 10 minutes à pieds pour les premières et...

"Wir haben sehr gute Urlsub gehabt. Ferienhaus ist schön, groß und hat alles, was man in Urlaub braucht. Inhaber ist sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit, hat uns gute Tipps zum Ausflüge gegeben, wir dürfen sogar früher einreisen. Haus ist gross, hat schöne pool, aussenküche und Grill. Nicht zu weit von Strand und zum Zentrum. Bäckerei um die Ecke. Küche ist nur am 1 OG, was sehr unpraktisch ist, daswegen haben wir nur aussenküche genutzt. Haus braucht paar modernesierungen, was laut Inhaber auch schon...

"This was a great place for our first “home” in Spain after moving to Empuriabrava on a long term visa. The house was small and efficient with a washer and clothes line. The property has a continuous wall and locking gate so it was perfect for our dogs. Thee are also a pair or cushy patio chairs to enjoy the wonderful weather and Tramuntana winds. Thank you Valerie and Daniel for allowing us to stay at your property."

"We loved our time here. The apartment is large and comfortable and the terrace is lovely. A great location in Sorede - bakery and convenience store right outside the back gate. The caretaker Solange was wonderful - so thoughtful and gave great recommendations of what to do in the area. We loved hiking right from the apartment and drove 15 minutes to beautiful beaches. We’d love to return!"

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden zB. Staubsauger oder auch eine richtige Pfanne. Ein kleiner Tipp: Das Haus braucht liebevolle Pflege und würde es damit aufwerten !"

Aanraders: Collioure, Cadaqués, Girona, Paulilles, kustweg tussen Banyuls-sur-Mer en Cap de Cerbère. Misschien een kleine tip voor de eigenaars van de woning? "The property was in a quiet location but had lovely views of the canal & attached swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped but a kettle would have been useful for making cups of tea. The facilities were good but the balcony got very hot even at breakfast time so a parasol or some sort of shade would have been great."
