"В отеле было холодно. Очень не уютно. При въезде в номер не было ничего… кофе, чая. Не было ванных принадлежностей, тапочек и халатов. Уборки не было, потом как выяснилось, мы сами должны были попросить убрать и заменить полотенца. В номере было холодно, мы сами настраивали систему для обогрева. Диван в комнате продавлен и сидеть на нем невозможно. Завтрак был хуже, чем завтрак в городе на террасе. Я считаю, что соотношение цена качество совершенно не соответствуют. Мы за 2 ночи заплатили 400$ и ничего не получили за это, ни сервиса, ни уюта, ни качества. "

"Quaint old style dwelling with NO vehicle access. Be prepared to carry your bags up and down rough flights of stairs for over 600m from drop off point. Minimal to no hot water. Mattress on pallets. Great views from terraces, if you can climb ladder stairs."

"The hotel is beautiful and historical however there was only warm water available for showering at 9pm, water was freezing cold or luke warm. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service. We also had to ask for clean towels and the bed to be changed and room to be cleaned. The room which was the Presidential suite 316 was cold on arrival, radiators not on for the duration of our stay, there was air con unit for heating however wasn’t very effective. The porter was very helpful and an asset to the hotel, unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"This was my first trip to Mardin and I was extremely pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was superb. The location was good. We were able to park our car at the hotel, which was a plus given how crowded and narrow the old city's streets are. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. "

"The staying here was amazing, the landlord was a very great person that helped us and guided us during all our period here. I highly recommend this place and I will for sure stay here next time I arrive in Mardin. The terrace where you can stay and have an amazing view is just great. "

"unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here."
