"The stay at Best Western is always good. However, this is the second visit where there were no dollies to take your luggage to the room. Therefore several trips were needed to get things from the car to the room. Also, the hotel doesn't use trash bags in the trashcans inside of the rooms. They said it was done on purpose, which I guess is their decision. It could cause a mess, especially if you have a child in diapers/pullups. Otherwise the room was satisfactory as always. "

"They were renovating, the rooms were renovated but the bathroom counter have dried up glue or something they didn’t cleaned up, the light fixtures in the bathroom was very dirty, fitted sheets was too small so the corner kept coming off. "

"Hotel is ran down u can tell it’s not kept up we rented 3 rooms the heat didn’t work in one of them and the front desk didn’t even care!! Wouldn’t take any money off or credit us just didn’t care at all! Definitely for the price go somewhere else!!! "
