"The hotel is well placed near the tube station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms spotless and beds very comfortable. Good choice of food at breakfast….only gripe was that the cooked food was cold by the time we sat down, as it was served on cold plates. Otherwise, no faults… and I would recommend the hotel to friends."

"My family and I had a great stay at the Hotel Rathaus. Clean, quiet, and located within walking distance of some amazing sightseeing. I had a 2nd floor room which was modern, spacious, and clean. My sister and mother stayed in rooms on the third floor which were also very nice though not as new as my room. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was a perfect start to each day. Thanks again to the staff - I hope to be back again soon! "

"Great location and lovely property. There was one man on reception on check in who wasn’t friendly, I’d gone on the trip to practise my German and upon check was told he had a headache and didn’t want to speak German or help and to just speak English. But he was very rude about it, all the the staff were extremely friendly and nice apart from the one person. The room and the hotel was stunning, however I went with my mum and we had a twin room, the twin room is 2 single beds and are not big...
