"Hotels dot com screwed up the reservation, but Jessica at the property did everything she could and made sure I️ have accommodations for my trip. She’s there to help and does a great job at that. The road going to the site is dirt, but that’s expected in CR. The pool at the smaller condos is amazing. Infinity, with fantastic views and the right depth to hang out and enjoy life. Definitely going back there the next time I’m in Uvita!!"

"We loved staying here and would have loved to stay longer. The view of the Pacific is stunning, and the house is incredibly unique with its design and indoor/open air layout. The wildlife is amazing with the house being located in the middle of the jungle; we saw cool lizards and a dozen or more monkeys! Highly recommend!"

"Our family has stayed at many properties in the area. This location of this house is what sets it apart for us. We've gone a half hour up the mountain to get to houses, this was 1 minute. There's a little highway noise because of it, but not annoying enough to take away from the close proximity to everything and the amazing view. We would definitely stay here again. "

I highly suggest allowing Del to schedule your transportation and excursions. All were flawless. The transportation to and from the airport was worth every penny. "This house is located way up on the mountain. It has a beautiful view of the Whales tail. From the bedrooms and pool deck. Inside the house is very spacious. Plenty of room for two families. It was just me and my wife. Adri the caretaker is great and will help you out if you need anything. We loved the many different areas to relax in and around the house. The furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were fantastic as well! "Beautiful home, yard and patio. Saw tons of humming birds, a few toucans, and an abundance of other birds. There is also a family of coatis living on the edge of the property that would come out in the yard on occasion. Even got a visit from a white-tailed deer one morning. The home is well stocked with dishes, utensils, towels, etc. and the patio was our favorite place to hang out, both in the morning and evening. Owner and property manager were both very responsive during our stay."

The outside balcony has a large roof to protect you from the adverse weather where we could observe birds while dining. It is located up a steep hill on the perimeter of town.
