"The property was being used as a homeless shelter, this should always be disclosed to the public.When we arrived there were 2 police cruisers and officers dealing with a family outside the lobby. The desk clerk insisted that we did not have reservations even though we did. Then when I retreived the confirmation from my car and he ran it through the computer It said my name ,but all the other info was wrong and he said, "just sign it!" which I would not. It took over 40 minutes to clear this up....

"The toilet was the lowest one I’ve ever encountered. I hope that was not the normal size toilet in your rooms. Really kindergarten height. Nice breakfast. Picky, I know, but the bathroom wallpaper needs to be cleaned. There were some splashes of soap or something. "
