"Convenient location. Some wings definitely need upgrading....very smelly with mold, mildew etc. we moved rooms and the more updated room was much better. Loved the separate seating area and two TV's. lovely front desk staff. Grumpy bar waiter. Thanks for the late check out. "

"The property was being used as a homeless shelter, this should always be disclosed to the public.When we arrived there were 2 police cruisers and officers dealing with a family outside the lobby. The desk clerk insisted that we did not have reservations even though we did. Then when I retreived the confirmation from my car and he ran it through the computer It said my name ,but all the other info was wrong and he said, "just sign it!" which I would not. It took over 40 minutes to clear this up....

"On check in I found the "smart card" keys were tricky and went back to the lobby to say I couldn't get the key to work at all. It was sensed by lock flashed red. The clerk gave me key to a different room, and I had trouble getting that one to work but after several tries, succeeded. It seems the key must be held in a particular orientation and location and maybe moved to the lock a certain way. You should make the locks work easier or explain better to guests how to make the fussy mechanism...
