"The lobby area is beautiful, and the front desk staff were friendly. Check in was a breeze since I did a pre check. Smoking room with a king bed. Room was in good condition, bed was comfy. Only complaint was the bed sheets felt like I was sleeping on tissue paper, & for a $400 one night stay, I did expect better quality sheets. "

"We stayed at the hotel for leisure on our way to Superior. We were greeted by Linda the front desk attendant. She was very friendly and accommodating checking in and out. The one thing we were disappointed with was with the hot tub and the jets weren't working. We were still able to sit in it for a short time. The breakfast was complimentary and delicious, even though it said $13 per person on the website."
