"We loved staying at this hotel and found the setting and scenery very beautiful. the hotel consists of little bungalows inside the forest, right next to the lake. I would like to see more information about the hotel services to be more readily available in the rooms and public areas (ie spa & other facilities). the pool should be renovated and enlarged. Also the hotel should provide some paddle boats and kayaks for rent so that people can enjoy the beautiful lake."

"We had an amazing stay at Jetwing Lake. What a beautiful and unique property with a stunning pool! It was so easy to visit Sigiriya and the Eco Park from there. The staff were amazing. And the food was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets each night. "The hotel is average. Rooms are clean and spacious. Amenities are good. What I didn’t like is the breakfast dining hall which is open from all sides and flies are roaming around. The butter was left open which should have been covered to ensure hygiene. Lots need to be improved."
