"We enjoyed our stay at the property, but service was really lacking. We couldn’t get the jet tub to work, the water came out cold and brown. Restaurant staff didn’t want to assist, welcome or serve. "The biggest downfall for hotel was the fact that they tell you the spa is open from 10am till 7pm but they randomly close it earlier. These timings are already very short in comparison to most hotels so is really annoying. They then lied to expedia when they called as we put a complaint in saying that the spa needs to be booked in advance which is not the case. "The wonderful people at Dalyan Yunus are friendly, kind and can't do enough to make your stay a great one. The food is lovely, the rooms are simple but clean and kids are made to feel very welcome. There is a nice garden and riverside terrace for escaping the heat but it's really the people plus Dalyan itself that made this a relaxing and very enjoyable holiday. Thank you!"
