"The biggest downfall for hotel was the fact that they tell you the spa is open from 10am till 7pm but they randomly close it earlier. These timings are already very short in comparison to most hotels so is really annoying. They then lied to expedia when they called as we put a complaint in saying that the spa needs to be booked in advance which is not the case. The hotel its self however is great for location, cleanliness and food. However, the staff at reception are not very welcoming. ...

"We stayed in the tiny house. We enjoyed the privacy of our own little house and own little yard amidst a resort setting. We were treating very warmly by all of the staff. They were the perfect combination of being attentive and leaving us alone. The pool was nice and was very uniquely shaped and just the right temperature. "For an adult only hotel we arrived to children in the pool… Ordered food which was brought from outside in takeaway packaging, not even transferred onto plates! Clean but very basic place in need of a serious refurbishment."
