"I have no idea how this place has such high ratings. Although initially the check in clerk was kind and somewhat helpful, my stay at this hostel was disgustingly bad. I opted for a private room which was actually not even close to what the misleading ad boasted. It was very hot with no thermostat to adjust the temperature and it was also very dirty. "The little red barn was just perfect, stocked well with everything you would need, VERY clean, the hot tub and projector was awesome, you are maybe 2 minutes from downtown Blueridge. If you like peace and quiet this is definitely the place for you! It was almost too quiet at night for us! We loved it! "

"My wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary in Blue Ridge, GA at the Magnolia Cottage. Everything on the listing as was as listed and it was perfect for 2 people. Warm days and cooler nights were just what we were wanting and being able to enjoy them at the Magnolia made for the perfect getaway. The host was awesome to work with and we will recommend the Magnolia to anyone everyone we can. "
