The receptionists are nice and very helpful. during the trip, my friend lost hist wallet during an excursion to the mountain, and someone collected it and return to a police station. This is a "hot sheets" hotel that will tack on extra fees for checking in before 7 PM, weekends, and apparently, whatever else they feel. We booked two rooms for two days paid in advance on Orbitz, and then were help up for another $120 when we arrived. "
