"Booked a stay for 5 nights at this hotel through Expedia. Got a good deal (I thought) on a 'Superior Triple Room' which was to come with 1 x queen size and 1 x double size bed. There was supposed to be a balcony and the room pictures indicated that the bathroom was well lit with a bathtub and a glass shower box. What I got was certainly not that. We arrived late on the evening of our first night and were provided a small room with two single beds. The bathroom looked to be newly renovated/not...

"The open air bath was amazing. All the staff were amazing and helpful. They fixed any problems quickly and were very polite. The food was very good for breakfast but the dinner menu was a bit hit or miss. The place is absolutely designed for smokers - the rooms, the hallways, even indoors of the restaurant - so it would not be suitable for those with sensitivities."

"Beautiful views of the dragon bridge and river from the rooftop bar. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. Only negative is that it’s on a busy street. "

"The hotel was inoperational. Closed for renovations. However the management have organised another hotel for us it was very rewarding but a bit far from where we want to stay. Overall it’s was an experience for us. The other hotel was nice and clean. the staffs was very friendly. The breakfast was average. Overall great. "

"Good location. Short Walk to Han Market and many restuarants near by. Room and bed was comfortable. Only issue is the bathroom/shower needs better lighting and the hot controller for the shower is difficult to configure to use. Also some band started playing music at 4am one night."
