"Overall an okay experience. There wasn’t a single soul available at the reception desk when we arrived around 3:40 so we weren’t sure how to proceed with the check in. Our room was cozy and comfortable however the toilet was running making noise all through the night . Food is very overpriced resulting in us and others eating offsite. We were also surprised that a nice hotel like this would also charge for parking. There seems to be a shortage of staff and our relatives room also was not cleaned...

"The place was clean and affordable. What amazed me the most was the professionalism of the entire crew and their friendliness. The lobby could use some more comfortable furniture, a pool table, some screen TVs to watch sports, news etc. Year round you have young fox from the army base and their families staying at the Microtel. That would give them some off base space and opportunity to socialize. "

"The room was clean, spacious and adequately equipped for my short stay. I particularly liked that there was a microwave in the room as that's not a thing you usually find in hotel rooms or stays. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful with any questions i had. It's not the best of the best hotels in terms of ambience BUT it did a great job of housing us for the few days we spent. "
