"This property was amazing. It did not disappoint. There was a wonderful view over Porthminster Beach. This exceptionally clean apartment was 5 star - such attention to detail including a lovely welcome pack. Thank you. Would definitely recommend. The only thing that might be an issue for some people. There is no lift and being the Penthouse on the third floor there are quite a few stairs to climb. The communication with the management company was excellent too. "

"Comfortable, clean, fully equip apartment with fabulous views over the beach below and panoramic sea views. Whilst the 2nd floor location is hard on the knees after a day walking, the fact you don't need to close any blinds mean you get the stars and the sun rise whilst lying in bed! Coverack Paris Hotel/pub is just 10 mins away, uphill on the way back to burn off dinner or a couple of beers. Beware the f&c shop is not reliable which in turn puts pressure on the Pub for evening dinner so you...

"Checking in all OK, although immediately met with many, many cobwebs around the covered framework and doors/windows of the covered lobby. Did not give much encouragement as to what we would find inside! Seating, both lounge and dining, insufficient for the 8/9 guests it was booked for. We could not all sit on the sofas in the evening - the sofas AT A PUSH, would only sit 3 each, if including 1 child on each sofa. We had 4 adults and 4 children - definitely not suitable. The beds had diabolical...

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The property has everything you could need for a lovely stay by the sea, with the most comfortable lounger ever! We happily spent hours just laying on the lounger looking out at the sea. There were lots of lovely welcoming touches such as bread and milk left, a cream tea and fresh flowers, which made us feel especially welcome. It was a bonus to have an outside area and table and chairs. We can't wait to book again!"

"10/10 A perfect little gem close to the centre and a stones throw to Penlee Park which is the perfect place to walk if you have a dog. Alec and Serena are such lovely hosts , kind , helpful and generous allowing guests to share their beautiful garden. The flat is spotless and comfortable and very much home from home. "We came to Cornwall in November and this apartment gave us a perfect base to explore. We had a great parking space in front of the building. The apartment is also within minutes of the train station and a bus station. We walked to the beach at Carbis Bay, walked along the coast from St. Ives, went to Tintagel, Mousehole and the Merry Maidens stone circle, explored Penzance, all in one weekend.
