"I just wanted a nice place to stay overnight with my own room. I got that. Met with the friendly staff, who showed me the room which was all set up ready use. It was a nice and clean place, had all the amenities and very quiet and peaceful. Easy parking and close to the shopping centre."

"We had lovely weather driving up. This was an overnight stay for our Great Ocean Rd two day trip. It looked lovely on the pictures, but it is so much better. It is not only luxury accommodation but super clean, swiss level! They pay attention to little things, going the extra mile to, putting the x in lux. Breakfast was great with lovely music and with a lovely view of the garden."

We are already looking forward to our next stay with Les & Des. "Nice place — would stay again. A bit spartan on linens. A squeegee in bathroom would have been helpful, to clean up after using jetted tub / curtainless shower without relying on the few linens provided. Air conditioning unit (a mini-split) only heated — in all fairness, we did not bring this to the staff’s attention, so could not tell you if they’d have handled it properly. At any rate, the end-of-summer stay was quite temperate and a cool evening with the windows open ‘til bedtime made A/C...
