"I have stayed at several places in Brevard and Lake Toxaway but this place is my favorite. The view of the falls from the deck is amazing! The rental was very clean and had everything you need. 2 full bathrooms is a plus and the bedroom is a great size. The deck is accessible from the bedroom also. Will definitely return."

"The condo was really very nice. Mostly updated and great for a couple or a small family. The management company was awful! They took anywhere from 2 to 5 days to respond to emails. The unit had an ironing board, but no iron. There was not one clothes hanger in the condo! The management company replied on the departure day that because there were no hangers listed on the amenity list, there were none in the condo. I ended up buying some, but that was just crazy! "A great condo with a nice view and constant sound of the waterfall. The deck was our favorite spot for all meals and relaxing but really nicely decorated and comfy throughout. "

"We were a group of 14 family members staying before Christmas to ride the polar express. Finding the parking lot to park was a little difficult but once we figures it out, there were no further issues. The apartment was just as pictured and fit everyone great. There were some cobwebs around, but everything else was clean. Some of the furniture was torn up and the sectional couch in the great room slid around/seperated anytime someone sat or got up, but was manageable. A couple negatives to...

"Superb location to hear Toxaway Falls right outside, and the view was amazing. Close to a lot of fun places and a terrific set up by the owener. "

"The property was convenient to everything. The upstairs was perfect for our grandchildren. They enjoyed the extra space outside the bedrooms and the games that the owners supplied. We had a minor glitch when we arrived but Eddy smoothed everything over very quickly. We will return!"

"Well supplied apartment, very comfortable bed. centrally located so easy to get to everywhere. Didn't get a chance to use any of the pool or club amenities because visiting friends. Lighting in the parking area could have been better. But otherwise a perfect spot for a few nights or an extended stay"

"The house was nice and centrally located that made the experience one to never forget. The condo was fully stocked with a few minor kitchen utensils needed but one can manage w/o them. Also, there was a few minor situations that was handled in a timely fashion by the management company. Communication was well and greatly appreciated. "Our Dad rented this condo for me, my husband, my 3 month old, my sister, brother in law and their 3 year old. They are owners down the road in Mountain Falls. This was perfect distance for us to still be so close to them for our family trip visiting them. everything was clean and comfortable. the view was amazing. "

"We were here to attend Open House for our son at Western Carolina University. The location was perfect and the space extremely comfortable and warm. Loved the fireplace and being able to go out to sit by the river and listen to nature. We will be back anytime we come to visit our son if he picks Western Carolina to go to College. "
