"I threw my sisters bachelorette trip here and it was so much fun! Everything looked brand new and seemed very clean. We only stayed a night but we needed to get there super early in the morning to set up decorations and we got to come in before the regular time (4pm) with no problem. "We stayed here in March during my son’s school break. The house was immaculately clean and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook with. I even told my husband that I think it’s the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at. The lake level was lower, but we expected that since it’s winter/spring. It still has very deep water around the dock and my son was able to fish off of the dock and the shore. It’s a very nice dock and I liked to sit on the upper deck. "We had a wonderful time over the weekend. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room. You can’t see the lake from the cabin but it’s not far away at all to drive to. The disc course is fantastic, the downtown area in Guntersville had great shops, and there was a great selection of restaurants within 10 minutes. We will definitely stay here again. "

"A really great location. The views from the house were spectacular. The houses in the development are kind of close together, but it never felt crowded. The kitchen setup was great, easy for entertaining, with an extra refrigerator in the basement as well. There were a few issues regarding cleanliness and some equipment, but the hosts were very quick to respond. Would stay again."
