"The property is inside a gated community and feels very safe. It is clean and well maintained. The one bedroom unit has a beautiful few of the beach and is also close to the swimming pool. It is close to the stores and restaurants in Marigot and a great base to access the island. "

"This property is beautiful and is as shown online. However, the entire island is dealing with constant power outages and this property in particular goes 10 hours + a day with no water or power. After the 2nd day of this we had to leave because it wasn’t feasible to stay. I contacted the host and he wasn’t responsive. I think it’s very alarming that he is renting his property knowing the electrical and water issues. There is no generator or any backup source for power. Irene his property manager...

"Nice villa. Make sure you know how to get there before arriving at SXM. It's on the other side of the island and cell phone signal was spotty... getting there in the dark turned into a real adventure. It is a short drive to Dawn Beach and you can utilize the pool and beach chairs at JW Marriott. Although, Dawn Beach was the worst beach on the island, many other beaches on the island put it to shame. The villa needs a few items like quality linens, mattress protectors, towels and basic cleaning...
