"Very nice location for quiet stay in St.Martin. Rental Car is a must. Drive from the airport at rush hour (4 to 6 PM) will exceed a hour for just under 9 miles. Hostess Sabrina met us at the villa and provided an excellent tour of the property and advice on locations to visit. Check out was easy as well. AC is only in the bedrooms, Ceiling fans in all rooms though. Pool is very relaxing and a great place to soak up the sun! Kayak or use the water taxi to Pinel Island. Grad Case is about a 10...

"This house was very clean, spacious, and beds super comfy! It is in the best location on the island! It is at the quieter end of Grand Case, but all within easy walking distance. "It was a cozy logcabin house with just enough space for a family of 4. Large pool and patio area to relax by and enjoy the warm weather. The owners are super friendly and very informative. "The villa was absolutely stunning! Pictures and videos don't do justice to this property, it was more beautiful in reality. Alexandria thought about everything you could need. She helped with making resevations for rental car, boat, groceries, etc. If you are thinking about this villa, do it! Our group of 10 had the best time here, thank you! "
