It’s very quiet at this hotel so if you are looking for nightlight or shopping nearby then this is not for you. In fact you need a car or taxi to go just about anywhere else from Oyster Bay Beach. "

"My room was very nice BUT I requested a top floor on booking, and got a 1st floor instead. My biggest disappointment!! Putting on the television was very confusing. I was only able to look at tv twice, during my week stay...good job I'm not fussy over tv but it was the only thing to do. The staff were very nice. I will stay at the property again but only if my request for a top floor is honored. "

The area is busy during the day when the ships are in port but all shops and most restaurants closed down by 5 so there was very little to do in the evenings. The restaurants that were open were very good though. Great hotel for a short stay "
