I stayed in a large, spacious room with a comfortable bed, that had direct access to a large terrace, equipped with a table and chairs on one side of terrace and a sofa and large coffee table on the other. Although, it is time to replace the old worn sofa, the terrace provides a very comfortable place for reading or writing. The overall ambiance of this hotel is charming, peaceful, and serene. "The hotel facilities are impressive. Cuernavaca is truly the city behind the walls. You would never expect the lush greenery within. The room was beautiful but old and having issues. The door was difficult to lock. The bathroom must have been recently upgraded as it was very flash. Sunday brunch was fantastic."
