"This was a great location for our first visit to Como and Lake Como. Easy access to ferries to see other locations. the service was great. The balcony room gave us a great view to the lake and other surrounds. The room is very clean, roomy and the bed very comfortable.The buffet breakfast was of a high standard, with great service from the staff. "They did not put me in booked superior room with bathrobes as advertised on your site, but the room itself was very good, maybe a bit worn and the safe did not work. I also did not like the chaid, which was very cold to sit on. Everything else wad really good: receptionists, wending machines, breakfast, proximity to the airport, transportation options, location, peace and quiet and the price. If you want to have a city break this is a far better option than to pay double price for a much worse hotel in Milan. "
