"I can't recommend this place highly enough. I was traveling with my 70 year old mother and 14 year old daughter over Christmas week. We didn't have a rental car so we were worried about how it would work out, but John and his son were so incredibly helpful and generous with recommendations. We left the property clean and were overall pleased with this stay and was looking forward to leaving a great review but then we were hit with a $150 request for what we were told was a violation for smoking in the property. There was no swimming pool, no safe deposit box, no security, no cleaning, expired fire extinguishers, no phones in the room, no closets in the room. "We had a fantastic visit at this lovely home up in the hills with an incredible view! The interior of the home was spacious and lots of decks and patios for everyone to find their favorite place to relax and enjoy the environment. The sunsets were gorgeous. One night we had supper out on the patio--in January! Our host was superb. We were able to visit many different venues from this central location. No matter the temperature - the breezes were so delicious. "
