"Very lovely property, beautifully converted with great indoor and outdoor space, readily accommodating 4 couples each appreciating their own en suite. We loved the sun deck making good use of the loungers as well as bbq and buffet bench! Very well equipped and felt very private despite being in the heart of the village. Wonderful location within easy walking distance of local facilities and the beach."

"Communication with house had been great, the welcome gift went down very well. With 7 adults and 3 kids all under 5 the house was amazing for us. The secure area and sll the childrens toys kept them entertained before and after heading out. Beach was 10 min walk away and local shop's both in Croyde and slso on the local holiday park are good for that forgotten items but Tesco delivery to the address was wonderful. Really comfortable, well appointed and nicely equipped cottage in the perfect village location. All as described, lovely welcome pack on arrival and great communication with our hosts. "What a beautiful house , everything about it was what we hoped for ! The hot tub was fun for the Grandchildren . Plenty of space for nine of us plus furry friends . Location was perfect , three beaches all in walking distance. Lovely places to eat & weekly markets , so lots of different purchases that didn’t break the bank . All in all a great week , lots of surfing walking & eating !"

"The location of the property is spot on. Close walk to the beach and a short drive to surrounding areas woolacomb and Ilfracombe. The pub nearby the thatch serves fantastic food also. The well equipped kitchen was a little disappointing with hobs on the oven not working, no potatoes masher and a very old can opener. I do feel the stock list needs updating. A but of general updating is needed also. All the downstairs bedroom door handles are falling off which doesn't make for an easy quiet exit...
