"We have stayed at this Comfort Inn in Harriman, TN, multiple times. Mr. Sashi Patel, the owner, is right there, engaged and making sure all the hotel runs smoothly. Always there with a smiling face. When you walk into a hotel lobby and you say, 'Wow, it smells good in here!' That says a lot. The breakfast is always hot and plentiful. It is ALWAYS clean. Love the place and we WILL be staying here again."

This specific trip we ended up with a member of our party extremely ill and the manager, Cherry, and all the staff went way above and beyond to accommodate our situation. It was Christmas eve and their help turned what could have been a nightmare situation for us into an overwhelmingly positive experience. We highly recommend staying here if you're in the area."
