"The property is beautiful. The house is spacious and has comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. There were some things that could make a stay so much better. The bedrooms need at least one chair. Although there were books in a drawer with directions for the high end appliances, each one should have a quick explanation on usage next to it. The information said the table seated 8 and yet there were only six chairs! A putting green was described and even showed a picture of one in the original...

"We had a great stay at Freddie's rental. Our great experience started with the quick response to our questions before we even booked. This continued through out our stay. There was parking for 1 car in the back (we had a Tahoe, anything bigger would be out in the alley way). Freddie also supplied us with a parking permit on the street for our other vehicle. "Our stay at the Cozy 4BR Cottage on a Hill was wonderful! The property had everything - from small touches like snacks when we arrived, to the extras like robes, games, and books. It was also stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was super responsive and very easy to work with.
