Not only did she go above and beyond to help me figure everything out, she kept me updated the whole time and also was so kind and I enjoyed talking to her while I waited in the lobby. She made the whole experience less stressful and I truly appreciated that! "

"Went to a Penguins game and this hotel is a no brainer if you are staying the night. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. There was a weird occurrence of a fatal car accident somewhere in the proximity causing a power outage in the hotel for several hours. They did not have backup generators and we were worried they would make us leave due to the building having no heat. However we just stayed in our room with our phone flashlights. Power was restored in four hours or so. Woke up the next day and got on the road home. We would definitely stay here again. "
