"Accommodation was absolutely spotless. The decor and furnishings are lovely, even had a christmas tree and decorations, it was so warm and cosy. The hosts left us some provisions, which was appreciated. The location was perfect for us, nice and quiet, with an enclosed patio area so our dogs were nice and safe. Nice walks in the area, pity the pub wasn't open as its literally 5 min walk away. Skipton is only 8 minutes drive away. Would definitely book to stay here again and will recommend to...

"Reservoir View are beautiful properties. We hired all 3 for a family 18th birthday get together and there was lots of space for everyone in our party. Gorgeous rooms with very comfortable beds and spotless bedding. We loved that there was plenty crockery and cutlery so we didn’t need to bring things between houses for there to be enough for everyone. "We enjoyed our stay here in Otley. There are views to the River Wharfe from the front windows, and it was an easy walk into town. Everything was neat and clean. There are also a lot of steps (which might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues) and the double beds are small. "

"All we needed was somewhere to stay with enough space that was close to the centre - this property was definitely that and it was fine. The rooms were nice and it was all functional. There were quite a few broken things (e.g. a fan was broken, the rod to close the blinds in the bedroom was snapped off, the bathroom towel rail was hanging off the wall) but nothing that impacted our stay. The hosts were also really responsive and friendly. "

"We loved staying here! Kitchen had everything, inc. a cafetière, salt & pepper grinders, dedicated drawer of superbly sharp knives(!) & a resident kitchen spider who earnt her keep by catching a mosquito! The bed is huge - could easily fit 3 people! (Duvet cover is a bit noisy/rustles like taffeta when it moves, so light sleepers with partners prone to nocturnal limb flailing might be kept awake by this. The antique wardrobe was ace - I enjoyed the labelled shelves based on sartorial stylings...

"Everything was wonderful. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. The house was more lovely than the photos and all the rooms beautifully comfortable. There were thick towels, comfy beds, a welcome basket, everything we would need in the kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and really kind, thoughtful and easy communications with our hosts. We hope to return!"
