"The apartment was cute, clean, quiet, and, literally, 3 steps from a metro stop. Jérémie was very responsive to any communication we sent. We had issues with wifi and Jérémie ended up coming to the apparent to try to resolve the issue. This would be the one complaint, but it was entirely out of his control and he did his best to troubleshoot the problem. The property manager offered a late check out to compensate, which worked out perfectly for us. I would highly recommend this property...

"There was plenty of heating to go around the entire apartment which is great. Downstairs the door entrance is see-through. Unsure if there's anything that can be done about that. Having a second bathroom with a toilet and sink made it easier to get ready in the morning when you have a decent sized group. The living room was cozy and there was tea or coffee in the kitchen along with sugar for anyone who likes it. Ultimately a comfortable stay. "

Had issues with internet and tv didn’t work during stay, also hot water was not turned on, had to talk to host to get it turned on. "This is a beautiful property and a great homebase for enjoying Paris. "If you are looking what Paris is really like with a cute view check this out. This place is comfortable and on the 8th floor. Getting the key and badge for the gate and room was easy just be ready for the security to mainly speak French. Everything needed for living and traveling is within a 10 minute walk.
