"Location is convenient for access to the bus and metro stops. Small grocery and bakery nearby. But apartment is not in good condition. Tiles are broken in shower, plumbing pipes are exposed, and second exit door was locked with no key."

"I wrote a separate response. The unit was beautiful. The building was not. The neighborhood was not where i wanted to stay in Paris. I only stayed at the apartment 1 night. I returned the key to the lockbox and never returned. I rated the unit a 3/5."

"What a great place to stay! The apartment size was perfect and it was nice to be able to unwind at night after long days in the city. The neighborhood is amazing and it was so nice to have so many options as soon as you step outside, including 2 metro stops just 3 minutes away. And even with all the activity in the area, it was so quiet in the apartment. Can’t wait to come back!!"

"Great large apartment for our family of 2 adults and 3 youth. Has all the necessities and great view, beautiful large windows, lots of bars and restaurants nearby and close to metro in a nice building. Small downsides - smells in bathroom from old pipes (??) and very loud music on weekends. The noise from the bars was not an issue during Sunday to Thursday nights."

"From the time I requested the apartment and all during my stay, Vincent and Amanda were attentive to my needs and questions. There was a glitch with the wifi, but Vincent worked with me to fix the issue.
