"Clean little place near the train station. We needed a spot near the metro to go to CDG and this fit the bill. Nice quieter place with a commercial street nearby for eating. We couldn't get the hot water to work, but not sure if that was us not figuring t out or maybe the instant hot water heater above the washing machine just wasn't turned on yet. I would still recommend."

"I stayed at this property with 4 other adults for 3 weeks in September 2024 and was so happy with the location and the property. It was an easy 10-minute walk to two of the metro lines M13 and M14 as well as being a 12-minute walk to a shopping center with large grocery store. The location was about 30 minutes from Paris center via either metro line, we all felt very safe when walking home from there late at night. "The apartment is in a great location. Close to a wide range of shops and the train station. The area was quiet at night. Communication with the host was good and good information regarding getting to the location. It is a very small apartment and with the sofa bed out, there was not much room to move around. There wasn't much room around the kitchen table either. The apartment smelt of bleach when we entered but we found it to be quite grubby and unloved. It was disappointing to arrive into it...

I had to find emergency accommodation for elderly people, one of them being a wheelchair user.The host does not have a system for late check in, I informed the expected arrival time via message to which the host replied "Ok. "The property was nice and clean. The employees were very nice. The one issue I had was with the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was on time but the driver was very rude. We were leaving from terminal 1 and asked the driver to drop at that location. The drive instead dropped at terminal 2 and basically told us to find I own way. If I were the manager of the property I would differently hire a new driver or at least monitor the driver's attitude. "
