"The hotel is very well located. The room was very nice and roomy. The housekeeping could be a bit better. For example, the toilet paper was not replaced on one occasion and dirty glasses were not cleaned. In a few instances, the front desk person was messing around on their phone, which I think looks bad. One of the front desk staff was not familiar with how to get to Machu Picchu which I feel is something they should probably be familiar with, given that it is a major tourist attraction. I...

"Context: reservation due the location and price. Arrived: different conditions, more expensive (less discount), the room wasn’t ready, etc. Solution: we had to pay more. We had to move to other neighbor hotel the 1st night and then to this hotel. Bad communication between the hotel and the services provider platform, and between hoteles in Cusco. Summarizing, please be sure that your booked hotel is exactly with the conditions offered and please check the comments to avoid stress "

"I the hotel do not exist anymore. Neighbors said they closed in January We ended expending more money in taxis and the new hotel. I’m very disappointed ab this. "

"This hotel was awesome. The property manager was INCREDIBLY accommodating. There a warm is breakfast every morning delivered to the room. Disability accommodating as well - a modern elevator to take you up to your room. Great location with a fabulous view. "

Hidden Gem, highly recommend!

"Such a gem!! This privately owned boutique hotel is fabulous. The feel is luxury authentic. The restaurant is excellent, staff and service are friendly, helpful and overall lovely! They go above and beyond with the details- like a wool warm water bottle tucked into your bed, great for recovery after hiking!!! Rooms are spacious, bathrooms impeccable, beds comfortable, surroundings are peaceful - a little terrace off my room opened up to a water fountain and beautiful garden courtyard - relaxing to listen to the water. The lobby is even gorgeous and relaxing with tea and a fireplace. "

"This was a beautiful hotel to stay in, with exceptional service from the staff. They made us feel incredibly welcomed and ensured we had plenty of information on how to adjust to the altitude and provided coca leaves and tea. The room was clean and in great condition, breakfast was fantastic, and we were no more than a 5 minute walk from the historic center. "
