"Wilmer and team took great care, prior to our arrival to ensure we have all the details about the property and stay. Extremely thoughtful of the guest’s needs. Our driver made an accident and dropped us slightly far from the property . Wilmer was generous to walk to where we were dropped and accompany us to the property. Rooms were spacious and clean. The property had a great panoramic view from the breakfast and lobby area. Overall had a great experience!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. Relative to the other hotels around, I thought this was a very comfortable stay. Jorge was really helpful and coordinated safe and flexible transport. Bed was comfortable and room was nice. Few notes: 1. Walls are pretty thin, but overall pretty quiet 2. WiFi is incredibly slow, we just used cellular more often than not"

"We arrived very late at night to the hotel. It was very difficult to find, even when using google maps. We had to call someone to help us find where to go. It was a straight uphill and on a very bumpy cobblestone street, which wasn't a pleasant experience at night and in the dark. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and came out to find us and help us with our bags the rest of the way up to the hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and nice.
