We weren’t sure if it was a less safe area than the typical tourist go to (west end) or if we were just over thinking it and too used to be our picket fence life back home ! "This is very local hotel and probably not for the faint of heart traveler. I stayed as I booked it online sight unseen because it was the closest hotel to the airport. Well, Economico is an understatement. The room was a bit dirty, the premises a bit third worldly but the people were friendly. There was a mess up where I wound up having to pay Cash but that was all sorted by the local booking.
