"Cozy and convenient place to stay. Nearby multiple beaches, restaurants, shop outlets and my favourite, the brewery. Even with heavy rains and winds the accommodation was ideal for a day inside with a range or games and books along with the essential tv. Would recommend and stay again next time. "

"The photos of this property do not match. On arrival the building had broken glass taped up, no direction where to find a key, no support with trying to contact for help. Car park had people being erratic. Room itself smelt of smokers. The bed was ruffled. The bottom sheet not ironed. Paint was coming off the walls in the rooms. "Great property for a short stay in Yamba, we were a family of 4 and the unit was perfect for us. The loft room is quite small but was perfect for our teenage boy. Super close to Pippi Beach! But about a 10 min walk to Main Street, cafes etc. Would stay here again!"

This is a shame as it would be so easy to improve. Paying over $2,000 for six nights I expected more than one toilet roll provided (no spare).
