"We loved our stay here. The house is modern, well equipped, clean and welcoming. It's just a short walk to the dog off-leash beach. The garden is very secure for dogs. And Yamba is such a pretty place."

"The photos of this property do not match. On arrival the building had broken glass taped up, no direction where to find a key, no support with trying to contact for help. Car park had people being erratic. Room itself smelt of smokers. The bed was ruffled. The bottom sheet not ironed. Paint was coming off the walls in the rooms. "A group of 70+year old friends down for a birthday celebration. So pleased I found this accommodation. Not only was it big, but it was equipped with everything you needed plus more. "Great property for a short stay in Yamba, we were a family of 4 and the unit was perfect for us. The loft room is quite small but was perfect for our teenage boy. Super close to Pippi Beach! But about a 10 min walk to Main Street, cafes etc. Would stay here again!"

"Very nice place to stay, and great for kids too with a large pool, and games room. Our villa had a covered parking area (carport) and the villa itself was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. No phone reception for anyone in our group really (Telstra and Optus) and a shame the WiFi didn't work properly at our area of the park, especially when indoors at night. Would definitely stay again!"
