"The photos of this property do not match. On arrival the building had broken glass taped up, no direction where to find a key, no support with trying to contact for help. Car park had people being erratic. Room itself smelt of smokers. The bed was ruffled. The bottom sheet not ironed. Paint was coming off the walls in the rooms. "The Captains Bridge apartment was very suitable for the 2 of us, very well laid out and it was stocked with everything you can ask for even though we brought some of the basic foods with us, walking distance to the bowls club and great Chinese meal to top it off and we dined at other eating establishments the local pub and 383 restaurant and both had excellent meals, will definitely be back to Wooli "

"I had the pleasure of staying at this property with my two dogs for 3 nights and I didn’t want to leave. My dogs and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. "Great location but the setup of the unit left a lot to be desired. No coffee or milk, no cleaning products for an end of stay clean. building works next door from 7 am and the cafe and restaurant next door were closed. The restaurant sold and cafe owners had “gone surfing” The TV did not play Hidefinition content, annoying but a first world problem. The agent was not interested in our feedback"

"Had a lovely weekend and the house was in a good location to get around. Quiet area. The home had all the amenities with a few added extras which was a good thing. Unfortunately the cleanliness wasn't up to standard- Dirty dishes and linen and a minor plumbing issue which were quickly fixed by the property manager."
