"The staff were absolutely wonderful, kind, chatty and very helpful. The problem I had was trying to find the shuttle bus from the airport. It isn't stated clearly enough where to get it from. Maybe put an exact map, I walked around for ages. In the end, I had to get a taxi which was extremely expensive for the distance. The hotel though was clean and comfortable and I woukd stay again now I know how to get there!"

"We loved our stay at the Charm boutique hotel, the breakfasts were great and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The maids did a great job servicing the room. As we had already booked the best room with balcony as VIP guests we could not have an upgrade because we had booked the best room, so they left a bottle of prosecco in the room for us. My only gripe was the weather was lovely and to access our balcony we had to climb in and out of the window, as 68 year olds this was an issue, and the hotel could do with changing the bay windows with doors as they are in their sister hotel the Seascape. Apart from this I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. "

"When I arrived there was no-one at the desk but I pressed the bell then had to telephone and a very harrased looking guy came and dealt with me. He took my money and two receptionists arrived and another a girl with my change. The receptionist was very pleasant but I had to say 'I do not have a key yet' as the guy did not give me one. "
