"The property was in a great location for what we needed. Communication with the owner wasn’t the best and we had to go through Expedia finally get any response which was the only downside. If you’re going to stay here buy a permit through the property as you’ll have a wider option as to where you can park and for a full 24 hours. It costs £10. The cleaner / maintenance young gentleman that greeted me at reception as I was early for check in, was absolutely wonderful, thoughtful, considerate and very friendly. He couldn’t possibly have been more considerate regarding my arrival. "

"The room was pretty tiny, and the traffic on the street below was loud. The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and carried my suitcase for me. There is only one restaurant nearby that was pretty lousy. Otherwise, I had to walk at least 20 minutes to get to other restaurants in either direction. It is very close to a very lovely park for walking and relaxing (Stanmer Park). I guess it was ok for the price. "
