Communication with the host was superb, from confirming our booking through to allowing us to extend our check out time. The apartment was immaculate and was equipped with everything we needed. "The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. I further want all to know that even though the place is supposed to be smoke free it really isn’t as a person can smoke in an outdoor door space outside the bedroom. All smoke odors...

"Property is a good size and was more than big enough for our party of 6 The only down side we found was the parking As we had a mini van, the width of the space to get to the parking at the side of the property was too narrow and therefore had to resort to parking in a car park at the end of the road at extra cost. Other than that, no issues and had a great stay"

"No inner springs left in the mattress, certainly was not 17m2. Very few appliances to cook with, needs a microwave as everything you buy can only be heated with a microwave, but wouldn’t know where to put it as the apartment was too small…."
