A great place and host

Great escape just outside Atlanta
I was passing through from staying in the mountains through Atlanta but didn’t want to stay in Atlanta with all the noise. The Ford ranch was perfect and had everything I needed and more. The host was very helpful and attentive to anything and everything. Would definitely stay again!

Porscher was absolutely the best! She gifted us with welcome gifts! She is absolutely the sweet! The room was very spacious, clean, close to town and private. Secure location, we felt safe and relaxed during our stay. 💕

I have never slept better I don't think. I stayed there on the journey home from kentucky since my friend had never been to covington and we are huge vampire diaries fans. Porscher was so welcoming and friendly and made sure to have whatever we needed. She even got us little vampire diaries themed gifts! It made our entire trip

Very Friendly and Accommodating with a lot of Personal Touches
Our host was amazing and provided a lot of great personal gifts that the girls were so excited about (Vampire Diaries!) that they are still talking about it. There were also personalized drinks in the fridge and gifts for the adults. The location was perfect for us to be close to family. Overall this is a great value in a private setting!

Porsche called us on our way to the property to ask us a few questions in order to put together some goody bags for us and they were absolutely adorable! Upon arrival she went over everything with us and then found out we had just gotten married and we were on our honeymoon. About a day into our stay they sent us a little congratulations gift and we thought that was SO sweet of them. We would definitely stay again if/when we visit Covington again!

Amazing Stay
Our stay was amazing. 1st our Hostess was in contact by telephone before we arrived. Her hospitality was wonderful. The property has an amazing security set up and we felt safe. We were greeted with kindness. Upon entering our room, we felt like we were at home.The space was clean and spacious. More than enough room to move around and get comfortable. The bed slept sooooo well!! I loved the hot shower! It was perfect for our mom/daughter(15yo) weekend. Shopping at the outlet mall was a huge bonus for us and suggested by our Hostess. We were about 35 minutes from downtown Atlanta, 15-20 minutes from Covington (Vampire Diaries) 15 minutes olde town Conyers( Originals) and 1 hour from Jackson( Hawkins- Stanger Things). Our stay was amazing and when I am back in the area, I will be staying here again! Thanks for everything!!

Not what we expected …
Communication with host was not good. No where in post does it say “expect a call” 45 min before check in. I reached out a day before. While driving she calls. I return call, twice. No response. Text twice no response, finally answered tells us to wait 10min, turned into 15min. It’s a space above garage. Window unit for AC. Turned on upon arrival it did not cool off the space. Hot day & night in Covington. Ants on bed. Overall thankful for a place to stay.

Porsche was an absolutely amazing hostess! She went above and beyond in every single detail! I’ve used Vrbo a lot in the past, but no one has surpassed her level of detail with our accommodations, as well as tailoring a personalized experience giving it that “just for us” feel. I brought my daughter to Covington to see the Vampire Diaries setting firsthand. Porsche even came through in that as well. Phenomenal Vrbo experience! Thanks again Porsche!

Great place!
This is a great place to regroup outside of the big city of Atlanta. It's very quiet and peaceful, and the space was clean and restful. The host was very accommodating and worked with us on several of our needs. Two thumbs up!

Amazing!
A friend and I came to town for vampire diaries. We stayed in the guest house which was so nice! It was clean and had little snacks, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator. The host had drinks in the fridge for us. She even bought us some vampire diaries gifts since she knew that’s why we were there. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Friendly getaway
The owners of this property were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything that we needed. They even gave us a Christmas present when we left. That was extra nice.
